Stage 1: Loading Phase

Stage 3: Stabilization Phase

It will help to stabilize your body, and will help your body’s digestive processes return to normal. This phase can also last as long as 3 weeks.

Stage 4: Lifestyle Change

Once you have completed Stage 3, it is time to shift your diet back to a more normal one. However, you will continue to follow a diet that consumes the proper amount of calories for your body, and you will focus on having a diet that is well balanced.
